Decision Support System for Prioritization of Offshore Wind Farm Site by Utilizing Picture Fuzzy Combined Compromise Solution Group Decision Method

نویسندگان

چکیده

The selection of offshore wind farm site (OWFS) has important strategic significance for vigorously developing new energy and is deemed as a complicated uncertain multicriteria decision-making (MCDM) process. To further promote power planning provide decision support, this paper proposes hybrid picture fuzzy (PF) combined compromise solution (CoCoSo) technique prioritization OWFSs. begin with, fresh PF similarity measure proffered to estimate the importance experts. Next, novel operational rules numbers based upon generalized Dombi norms are defined, four operators propounded. Afterward, preference index (PSI) method stepwise weights assessment ratio analysis (SWARA) model propounded identify objective subjective weight criteria, separately. In addition, enhanced CoCoSo via ranking OWFSs with information. Lastly, applicability feasibility PF-PSI-SWARA-CoCoSo adopted ascertain optimal OWFS. comparison sensibility investigations also carried out validate robustness superiority our methodology. Results manifest that developed methodology can offer powerful support departments managers evaluate choose satisfying

Fuzzy compromise programming for Group decision making

A multicriteria technique named fuzzy compromise programming is combined with a methodology known as group decision making under fuzziness to come up with a new technique that supports decision making with multiple criteria and multiple participants (or experts). All criteria (qualitative and quantitative) are modeled by way of fuzzy sets, utilizing the fact that criteria values in most water r...

Interval-Valued Hesitant Fuzzy Method based on Group Decision Analysis for Estimating Weights of Decision Makers

In this paper, a new soft computing group decision method based on the concept of compromise ratio is introduced for determining decision makers (DMs)' weights through the group decision process under uncertainty. In this method, preferences and judgments of the DMs or experts are expressed by linguistic terms for rating the industrial alternatives among selected criteria as well as the relativ...
